Details:

• Around 100 photos max (a little over is ok)

• You can include video if you wish (cell phone footage is great!)

• 2-3 songs (8 minutes max, think 3-4 seconds per photo)

• Send song title and artist for each song, and I will provide the song files

• Send full name as you want it displayed in the video, birthdate and date of passing, and any additional text you would prefer (Typically name and dates are accompanied by the words “Celebration of Life”)

• Digital and hard copy photos accepted - deliver hard copies to The Church at Rancho Bernardo, to be returned after scanning

• When choosing photos, try to find photos of highest quality possible

• Please notate anything that is particularly important to you, such as:

  • Song order

  • Photo order

  • Starting and/or ending photo

• Include any additional special instructions you think of

• Arrange photos in the order you would like them to appear

  • If you’d like, you can arrange them in sections (beginning/middle/end, childhood/youth/marriage/kids/older, etc.) and have me select the order within those categories

  • Please note, if you do not choose an order, that will be determined at my discretion. In this case, only minor edits to order will be made after the first review.

• The best way to send photos is to collect them all together in either a Google Drive folder (or similar) or send them via WeTransfer. Emails do work; however, photos can get lost in the shuffle, and sometimes email clients will resize the photos and the quality suffers.

• Video review will be available through a playable Google Drive link

• Final file delivery will be through a WeTransfer or Google Drive link, or on client-provided USB flash drive

• Payment of $400 due no later than day of the event
